Q: Is Shipping Really Free?

A: Yes, shipping is free on all orders within the continental U.S. We utilize the provider (UPS or USPS) that’s most cost effective for the size of your purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so that you can keep track of the shipment.

Q: How long before my order ships?

A: Each order is made to order so processing times differ.

  • Rhinestone and Graphic Shirts: Processing time is 1-4 days
  • Custom Embroidery: Processing times vary depending on the design and if digitizing is necessary. The goal is to ship within 7 days of the order date.
  • Tumblers: Process time is 1-3 days

Q. Do you do custom graphic or rhinestone shirts?

A: Currently, the only graphic and rhinestone designs that we offer are listed on the website.

 Q: How do I clean the item I purchased?

A. Care Instructions are included in each shipment. They are as follows:

  • Graphic and Rhinestone Shirts: Turn inside out and wash in cold water. Hang dry. Do not directly press the design. Turn inside out to press.
  • Tumblers: Hand wash
  • Golf Towels: Wash with like colors in cold water. Tumble dry low.
  • Tote bags: Spot clean
